
Lots of people believe that they can not lead unless they have a position or title in their organization. How typically do you think that if you had this title or that position, you could do a lot more? How frequently do you believe that your business's problems have nothing to do with you and it is your supervisor's job to handle those problems? This is not the way that authentic leaders think.

Doubt. It's not uncommon to doubt yourself as a leader. Doubt comes from feeling that you're not up to the job of being the one in charge. It is very important to keep in mind that you do not have to know everything.
